“In the heart of Brickell, this property presents a dichotomy: well-managed and ideally situated, yet clearly awaiting a refresh. The spacious rooms and concierge services cater particularly well to Bonvoy elite members, though some may find the dated interiors and noise insulation lacking. Its prime location near shops and dining enhances the experience, but improvements could elevate it to its full potential.”
